License Agreement

Understanding your rights and obligations when using GoPrompt.ai

GoPrompt.ai Service License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, GoPrompt Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the GoPrompt.ai service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Permitted Uses

  • Create, store, and manage AI prompts
  • Share prompts with team members
  • Export your own content
  • Integrate with supported AI services
  • Use API within rate limits
  • Create public shares of your prompts

Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the service
  • Use for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Attempt to breach security measures
  • Scrape or data mine without permission
  • Exceed API rate limits
  • Share account credentials

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you:

  • Fail to comply with any term of this agreement
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Request account deletion
  • Are terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete any downloaded materials.
